Jobseekers
TeAM provides employment support to people with lived experience of mental health and/or addiction
who are receiving ongoing care and treatment from a health professional.

Are you thinking about work?
Not sure where to start?
We can help

There are lots of reasons that people would like support with finding and keeping a job that is meaningful to them.

You might be considering work for financial reasons, adding routine or structure to your day, to meet new people, learn new skills, or challenge yourself with a new goal. There are many reasons out there and all of them are valid.

It's also common to have some worries, concerns, or questions about finding work or feeling unsure of how to get where you want to go.

If you're not quite sure if you'd like to work or what you'd like to do - that's ok, too.
We offer career guidance to support your decision making along the way.

With our years of experience, we support you to identify your employment goals, develop a plan to reach them, and support you with your progress.

Referral to TeAM is by a health professional that is involved in your ongoing support - this is often a mental health or addictions case manager, psychologist, or clinical coordinator.
